In July 2010, a group of employee volunteers formed to organize the wide range of community service projects undertaken by our staff members.  Fran Cooney, Kathleen Hartley, Karen Noyes, Anne Chambers and Rhonda Lacourse are the inaugural members of the Community Service Committee.  All are key members of our Administrative Services group.  You will often hear employees joke that our administrators actually run the company.  If their initial activities for this committee are any indication, that statement is true.  The mission they have established is:  To encourage civic involvement within The Albert M. Higley Co. culture by embracing the needs of the community, easing hardship, and providing opportunity for success.
