The Albert M. Higley Co. Education Center of Excellence portfolio includes public and private K-12 schools, colleges and universities.  We completed our first educational project for Lake Erie College in 1926.

The niche we seek in K-12 school construction is Ohio’s highest performing educational institutions.  Our portfolio in the last five years includes 16 projects totaling 443,421 square feet and $46.7 million in total project value.  Our résumé of more than 900 projects completed for 76 local institutions since 1925 establishes our unmatched credentials in the marketplace.  Educational construction comprises a significant amount of our annual volume.
