leadership

The professionals who staff The Albert M. Higley Co. Education Center of Excellence are extremely familiar with the pre-construction process that in both K-12 and College and University construction, involve a large number of stakeholders.  Our focus in this type of construction falls mainly on the control and safety of the job site as well as predicting the client's cash flow requirements, particularly the projects utilize bond funding.  Many members of the group are LEED® Accredited Professionals.  They are experienced working in or adjacent to occupied spaces.  They have completed projects receiving both OSFC and ARRA funding.  Our professionals respect the education environment and do not utilize public facilities of any kind including lunchrooms, vending areas, restrooms, elevators or entrances.
