• Space Utilization - demountable walls, moveable walls, high density storage systems, systems furniture, unitized millwork packages
  
  
• Green Design (including LEED designations) - construction waste recycling, low VOC paints and adhesives, indoor air quality, local sourcing, sustainable materials
  
  
• Technology - motion sensitive lighting, indirect lighting (toi reuce glare on computer screens), server rooms, raised flooring, lighting standards (for ease of maintenance), wireless communications

Our Office / Interiors Center of Excellence Leadership Team includes:

	Gus Kriaris Cleveland Office Mr. Kriaris earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2000.  He began his career with The Albert M. Higley Co. as a Project Engineer that same year.  He is a member of HEANO (Healthcare Executives Associates of Northeast Ohio).  In 2007, he earned promotion to Project Manager.

	Ryan Briggs Columbus Office Mr. Briggs earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo in 2002, joining The Albert M. Higley Co. as a Project Engineer that same year.  In 2008, he earned promotion to Project Manager.
