Paul Vega
Senior Project Manager

Mr. Vega began his construction career in 1970 and joined The Albert M. Higley Co. in 1998.  In his 12-year tenure at the firm Paul has put more than $160 of new and renovation construction in place, 75% of it for public, non-profit instititions.
