The Albert M. Higley Co. does not try to be "all things to all people." Therefore as in our other market segments we focus on several specific niches. In every decade since 1925 we have constructed some of Ohio's most exceptional private residences. In the past two decades we have completed several continuing care retirement commmunities. More recently we have expanded into the tax credit financed area, completing several signifcant senior living apartments and condominums and low income housing projects. We have completed more than 410 residential projects since 1925 and 2,048 units of housing in the last five years alone.
