leadership
The professionals who staff The Albert M. Higley Co. Urban Living Center of Excellence have a proven track record of successful low-income and elderly housing projects involving public funds.  Members of the group are LEED® Accredited.  They understand that most urban living facilities are home to many and view them as such.  They understand the administrative and approval time frames that characterize these projects and build schedules around them.  Our goal is to assure that we effectively communicate the priorities and values you cherish to the craft professionals that we will employ on your behalf.

Chris Schildmeyer leads our Urban Living Center of Excellence.
