AMHIGLEY BREAKS GROUND AT EDGEWATER PARK
AMHigley is proud to serve as Construction Manager on the new Beach House for Cleveland Metroparks at Edgewater Beach.
The 12,000 SF, two-level facility will feature an observation deck, restrooms, outdoor showers, expanded concessions with food and beverage service, interactive entertainment, and lifeguard / employee service spaces. Site work will include a beachfront plaza, walking trails, landscaping, reconfigured parking, and beach access. The project also features an elevated walking path connecting the West 76th Street tunnel to the second floor observation deck.
