AMHIGLEY IS HONORED TO TEAM WITH CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY

In 1927 The Albert M. Higley Co. served Case School of Applied Science as General Contractor.  Today, AMHigley is proud to serve Case Western Reserve University as Construction Manager for the very same school.

This month, our team wrapped up a multimillion-dollar renovation and expansion of the university’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. The 32,000 SF renovation will enable upgrades to the 25-year-old building to provide students with collaborative, accommodating, and inspiring space to interact with one another and with faculty.  Phase I involves an atrium style addition and first floor renovation.  The Phase I project scope includes the relocation of the library to the first floor, incorporation of compact book storage on grade, an addition of two seminar rooms, and two flexible classroom learning spaces.  Phase II and III incorporate second and third floor renovations, creating flexible, collaborative workspace for new research centers.
