EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES

Construction costs, occupancy schedules and advances in technology are driving forces in educational construction. These complex issues place more demand on educational institutions, their facilities and the construction process. Improvements, additions and new facilities must provide flexibility, accommodate changing standards, and add more value for the construction dollar. The Albert M. Higley Co. completed its first educational project in 1927 - a science building for Hiram College. We understand the needs and requirements of educational institutions and use our expertise to ensure that your expectations are met or exceeded and that you as the client are never surprised.
