The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager for the City of Cleveland Heights’ Community Center additions and renovation projects. This 120,000 square foot facility included a new Olympic Competition Ice Rink, Gymnasium, Aerobic & Nautilus areas, and Senior Center.
