This 87,750 SF health and wellness center included an aquatic center with a 25 yard, 6-lane lap pool and a warm water therapy pool, aerobic/exercise studios, a fitness center, racquetball courts, indoor cushioned track, multi-purpose gymnasium and complete locker room facilities. Also included was a 26,000 SF attached medical office building.
