The Albert M. Higley Co. served as general contractor for the City of Westerville’s Community Center project. This 96,600 square foot center includes swimming pools with water slides and a lazy river, jogging, weight-lifting, basketball, volleyball, a climbing wall, fitness areas, public meeting areas, a youth room and child care spaces.
