PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk for The Gardens of A.M. McGregor which included 98 all-private skilled nursing rooms and 48 dementia beds, a 17,000 square foot community center, a library, greenhouse, ice-cream parlor and a 400-seat auditorium.
Subsequent to the completion of this project, The Albert M. Higley Co. has served as Construction Manager at Risk on a series of renovation projects of their original facility.
