Albert M. Higley, Jr. |
||||
Mr. Higley joined the firm in 1954, working his way up from engineer, superintendent and estimator. In 1965, he was elected Vice President. He was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1971. Under Mr. Higley's leadership, The Albert M. Higley Co. has grown to become one of the largest construction services organizations in Ohio, with average volume totaling more than $125 million annually. |

Charles M. Stephenson |

A civil engineering graduate of Lafayette College, Mr. Stephenson joined The Albert M. Higley Co. in 1972 as a field engineer, following four years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy. Named a project manager in 1975, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1982 and was elected President and Chief Operating Officer in 1984. |

Bruce G. Higley |

In 1983, Mr. Higley joined the firm as a project manager, spearheading such large-scale projects as the Renaissance Retirement Community and the Mandel Jewish Community Center, among others. In 1990, he was elected Executive Vice President and was named Treasurer in 1993. Previously, Higley, a Lehigh University civil engineering graduate, worked as project engineer for a Pacific Northwest contractor. |

Gareth D. Vaughan |

Gareth joined The Albert M. Higley Co. in 2001 to establish and develop our Central Ohio office. Under his guidance and leadership the office has grown to a $30 million organization and is recognized as one of the premier construction services providers in its marketplace. In 2007 Gareth and his family relocated to Cleveland as he began assuming his role in the strategic and succession planning process.

Kurt L. Heinicke |
||||
Mr. Heinicke joined The Albert M. Higley Co. in 1983 as project manager. He was named Manager of Field Operations in 1993, and was elected Vice President in 1995. A civil engineering graduate of Cleveland State University, Mr. Heinicke was previously a project engineer with an international petro-chemical engineering and construction company. |

A graduate of Iowa State (architecture) and Baldwin Wallace (business management), Mr. Lewers joined the firm in 1988 as project manager with the Special Projects Group and was named Vice President of that group in 1997. |
