PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk for Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging’s new headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. Included was a Conference Center featuring one of the best views of the Cleveland skyline from the eastside, meeting rooms, and offices. State-of-the-art audio and video technology, high-efficiency HVAC equipment with automated temperature controls, and occupancy-sensitive lighting contribute to the Institute’s historic mission of developing and managing innovative long-term services and supports.
The Albert M. Higley Co. again served as Construction Manager for an addition that was completed in 2014.
