PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley served as Construction Manager at Risk for this new $6 Million, 9,600 SF fine dining restaurant. Modern materials were used throughout the building, reflecting those found in northern France. The restaurant includes a wine storage room with more than 5,000 bottles of wine and four distinct dining rooms. This project was completed in November 2017.
In 2020, AMHigley was hired to complete a $7.5 Million expansion of the CRU Uncorked fine French dining restaurant. This project is being completed in 4 phases:
- Phase 1 – New service building, wine storage addition, expanded patio – completed in June of 2021
- Phase 2 – New wine tasting pavilion, loggia, and more patio seating – completed in December of 2021
- Phase 3 – New greenhouse – completed May of 2022
- Phase 4 – New garden pavilion – scheduled to be complete in late June of 2022
