PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk for the fit-out of the historic Calfee Building in downtown Cleveland. The renovated seven-story building houses 300 employees and features a two-story lobby atrium. The project includes high-density file storage, conference rooms, offices, and other collaborative spaces.
