PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk in joint
venture with a local firm to construct this 262,000 SF hospital which
included a seven-story bed tower with 96 general surgical beds, 12 ICU
beds, and 20 pediatric beds, along with 30,000-SF surgery center with
five operating rooms and ancillary.
Simultaneously we constructed a new 62,000 SF, three-story, medical
office building adjacent to the new bed tower for Frauenshuh Healthcare
Real Estate Solutions.
