PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk for Jones Day’s tower renovation at the North Point Building in downtown Cleveland. The first phase, which was completed in November 2012, included the installation of a new elevator from the underground parking area directly into their new reception area and creating a new brand for the current and expanding conference center.
We are currently serving as Construction Manager at Risk for another phase of Jones Day’s tower renovation scheduled to be completed in 2018. This phase includes offices, café, elevator lobbies, conference rooms, and common space renovations.
