PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley is serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the new $17.2 Million, Brush Park Multi Use Development Project in Detroit Michigan. This project will consist of sitework and construction of a mixed-use historical retrofit that will include a restaurant, bar and lounge at ground level and residential condominiums at second and third levels that will include rooftop access, and a separate parking structure.
