OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GROUP TACKLES SPECIALTY AND SMALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CHALLENGES HEAD-ON.

AMHigley created our Customer Service Group (CSG) to respond to unique construction challenges, provide ongoing service and maintenance, and install specialty systems that might not be ideal for a traditional large construction company. This specialized group offers the vast construction experience, purchasing power, and financial backing of The Albert M. Higley Co., while focusing on specialty service, traditionally smaller projects.

Mike Mooney leads our CSG. The group approaches each project as a small, dedicated builder, but additionally benefitting from, and being supported by AMHigley’s preconstruction, safety, and project controls groups. This ensures that every customer enjoys the highest level of quality and service. CSG focuses on four components:

    • Specialty items
    • Demountable partitions & Glass office fronts
    • Contingent on self-perform
  • Construction Management:
    • Under $3.0 Million
    • Construction Management at Risk (CMR)
    • Consists of working superintendent
    • Contingent on self-perform

• Manpower (Union Labor)
  • Responsible for all union manpower
  • Dispatch general manpower for CM projects
  • Dispatch service vans
