PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. recently served as construction manager for Oberlin College’s 100,000 SF Peter B. Lewis Gateway Center project. This mixed-use development is the cornerstone of Oberlin’s Green Arts District and includes a 70-room hotel, conference center, culinary training facility, a restaurant featuring locally grown and sourced fare, and commercial and office space.
The project achieved a LEED® Platinum rating including the incorporation of renewable energy.
