AMHigley served as the Construction Manager on the $1.6 Million interior alteration of the Mercedes-Benz Research & Development building in Ann
Arbor, Michigan. This 30,806 SF interior demolition of the single-story office building included new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and an office fit-out.
This space features a garage area with vehicle hoists for research and development. Specialties include: 3hr rated CMU battery storage room and epoxy floor finishes in
garage area.
