HELPING COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES AND SCHOOLS BUILD 21ST CENTURY

LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS

THAT ALIGN WITH THEIR GOALS AND VISION

Colleges & Universities

The Albert M. Higley Co. has worked in the collegiate construction market since 1925, having completed more than 750 projects for many of the region’s leading colleges and universities. Research and laboratory facilities, student unions, student recreation centers, classrooms buildings, lecture halls, performing arts centers, and student housing facilities are among our experience in this market.

Our highest priority is delivering an efficient facility that is aligned with the goals of the university while remaining as invisible as possible. We want to add to the campus experience, not detract from it with inconvenient disruptions. We continuously track our performance against these goals to ensure we exceed your highest expectations.
