PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley served as Construction Manager for the historic Statler Arms building conversion in downtown Cleveland. This $13.6 million renovation of the 106-year-old building includes new apartments, retail, and office space. This project was completed in the Fall of 2019.
Millennia Companies has committed to taking a lead role in revitalizing downtown Cleveland and the renovation of the historic Statler Arms is their first venture into market-rate apartments. AMHigley played a key role in helping Millennia achieve its goal of providing premier housing in the downtown area. With a collaborative approach to preconstruction, creative design, and purchasing, the team was able to achieve the desired finish product at half the original budget.
