PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley recently completed a hotel renovation to the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. This hotel renovation included a complete build-out to all public areas, renovated ballrooms, Vedas Fitness Center, and Il Venetian Restaurant. As a part of this project, AMHigley also completed an office build-out for Millennia Companies, and renovations to the connected Key Tower including the building’s exterior plaza, lobby, and building entryway. This $24 million project included renovation to over 200,000 SF.
