PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley recently served as Construction Manager at Risk for the $17.5 million, four-story apartment building in Cleveland’s Larchmere neighborhood. The 92,100 SF Multi-Family Apartments is perched at the corner of Larchmere Boulevard and East 121st Street at the western end of the East Side commercial strip - an area known for its array of antique shops and restaurants. The building includes 88 studio and one-bedroom apartments. The building has more than 64,000 SF for apartments and about 6,300 SF of a first-floor office.
